Richard Spelly, parson of Chirchehull church, Thomas le Spenser and Wade, imprisoned at Worcester for trespass of vert, venison and in the forest of Feckenham, co. Worcester, have a writ to de Burghersh, keeper of the Forest this side Trent or to him supplies his place in the said forest, to bail them until the coming of justices next in eyre for pleas of the Forest in that county.
