Order supersede the execution of the king's letters appointing them to hear and a certain trespass committed on William de Clynton, earl of Simon de Gaynesburgh, Richard Dallesle, Hugh de Ryburgh William Bernard of Isilham, the younger, by John de Biteryng and contained in the original writ, as on account of certain causes shown the king and council and with the assent of the earl and the others, king has revoked the appointment.
