Notification that, although the king appointed Henry de Wingeham, clerk, to attend to the office of the escheatry in all counties on this the rivers of Humbre and Trente, it is not the king's will nevertheless he receive anything in the said counties or answer for the same at Exchequer so long as he be in that office, but that the knights, the escheators, whom he has appointed in each county to keep the escheats with the said Henry, shall receive all the issues of the in full and answer for the issues and produce of the escheats at the according to that which the said Henry shall charge them
