Grant to Eufemia, abbess of Werewell, and the nuns of that house and their successors that their assarts and purprestures in Everhanger and Uppinne and Anne, within the metes of the forest of Southampton, containing 37 acres by tale, shall remain arable land, saving to the king his regards in the eyre of his regarders; and grant that their woods of Uppinne and Stavangre shall remain closed with a hedge and ditch forever, but so that the king's deer can freely enter and leave.
