Grant to W. bishop of Carlisle, of the lands late of John de Veteri Ponte in the county of Westmereland and without, with the shrievalty of that county, which are in the king's hands, in demesnes, homages, aids, villeinages, tallages, forests, woods, parks, pastures, stews, mills, castles, liberties and free customs, and all other things that can fall to the king, as well in wards and marriages as in other escheats and gifts of void churches ; to hold at farm to him and his assigns during the minority of the heirs, at a yearly rent of 600 marks.
