to the bailiffs of the seaports that the king has attorned B. and John de Colemere to purvey and take measures touching and other necessaries against the king's passage; and mandate to be intendant to either of them. to Nicholas de Bolevill and Richard le Clerk, touching the marks which they have in their custody, to do what H. count of Marche and Angouléme and I. queen of England, his wife, and de Ponte and William le Arceveske will say to them on the behalf. ([Cancelled.] like to the same Reginald and William to do with the said sum, the consent of the said count and queen, what seems best for the profit and honour. Because the writs were surrendered.
