Whereas Richard, the abbot, and the convent of Westminster of their liberalty conferred on the king the church of St. Dunstan over against the New Temple, London, and he has conferred it on the House of Converts, in order that their liberalty be not to their damage, it is his will that the pension of 20s. due to them from the said church shall in no way be diminished, but shall be paid to thei in full, yearly, by the master of the Converts as it used to be paid by the rectors of the church.
