Grant to the abbot of Theokesbiry that he and his successors receive henceforth the 144/. which he and his predecessors have been accustomed to receive by the hands of the king's bailiffs of Bristol, in the name of a tithe of the issues of the said town, by the hands of the same bailiffs by quarterly payments at St. Nicholas, Christmas, Easter and Midsummer.
