Grant to Henry, duke of Lorraine, that, if he come to the king in England within a month of Michaelmas, the king will restore to him the honor of Eye, and the duke will then do to the king for the same what by right he ought to do; and if the duke is prevented from coming within that term, the king will restore it to him whensoever he comes to him in England before Easter, 21 Henry III.
