Appointment of Robert Fulconis, king's clerk, to defend the Domus, Dei of Dunwich, as certain alms appointed for the support 6f the poor there have been withdrawn, so that certain poor through default of maintenance are dispersed, and through litigation against the wardens thereof, their goods are going into dilapidation, and he is to recover the said goods wherever they may be in the said town or elsewhere. He is not bound to render an account or reckoning. Power to Robert de Houton and Richard de Somerkotes to sell all the goods late of Roger de Ros, tailor, wherever they may be in the realm, for the execution of his will and the discharge of his debts to the king ; and to certify the sum to John Maunsell, treasurer of York, and Henry de Wengham, dean of St. Martins, London.
