And be it known that the said merchants granted and acknowledged before the king that, if the said Walter succeeded in deraigning any of the expenses against certain persons by reason of the said trespass, they would not claim anything thereof, nor disquiet the said Walter or his men by reason thereof. And the said Bernard puts in his place Henry le Flemmeng and James Isumberd to sue in his name the said amends against all persons.
