Mandate to the prioress and convent of Wherewell, who have made fine with the king to have the keeping of the abbey in the present voidance, to receive Andrew de Winton, king's clerk, to receive seisin of their house in this voidance, in the king's name, lest prejudice arise to the king in other voidances, and that he may protect it against others during the said voidance, but so that he receive none of the issues contrary to the said fine. Itt. 558 The king lends to William de Sancta Ermina his houses at Haveryng lodge in, during the king's pleasure; with mandate to Richard de to deliver them to him whenever he is so requested by the William.
