Stephen [Longespee ?] has confessed before the king that he owes to des Chauns and Ger[ald] del Hospital, citizens of Bordeaux, 40 of wool to be rendered to them at Michaelmas, 88 Henry ITI, at for 200 marks which they gave to the said Stephen in hand. And it been commanded to J. son of Geoffrey, justiciary of Ireland, that the bailiff of the said Stephen fail to render them, he shall cause said 40 sacks to be rendered to the said merchants or their messengers of the chattels of the said Stephen.
