Grant to Eudo la Zuche of the marriage of Agatha daughter of William de Ferrariis, earl of Dereby, if the earl will give his assent thereto, if for this grant Eudo will give the king 150 marks, to wit, 25 marks at Michaelmas and 25 marks at Easter, and so on from year to year. If he have not the said marriage, he shall be quit of the said 100.
