Grant to Richard de Grey of the first competent marriage falling to the king in the realm of Ireland, to the use of a son of his, with the wardship of the lands belonging to such marriage; on condition that he give as much for the same as others would: with power to J. son of Geoffrey, justiciary of Ireland, to do this when time and place shall serve, without further reference to the king.
