Notification to the same that the king has taken into his hand, keeping and protection the said brethren, their men, goods and possessions ; and they are not to be vexed but are to enjoy all liberties which they have by charters of the king and his ancestors. Be it known that these letters were made in the eleventh year and have been renewed this year as appears above.
