Pardon to Walram Serz of Baston and Emma his wife for acquiring from John de Blyton an estate in fee in a messuage in Staunford previously acquired by the latter from Thomas de la Saucerie, and by him from John . Parr I. 589 de Warenna earl of Surrey, who held the messuage in chief of Edward II, and entering therein without the licence of the late king or of the king having been obtained for any of these transfers; and licence for them to retain the same. By fine of 10s.
