(grant to John de Molyns, king's yeoman, of a toft, a carucate and 12 acres of land and a mill pond with all meadows, pastures, woods, rents, services and other appurtenances, in Little Mussenden and Agmodesham, co. Buckingham, which escheated to the king by the rebellion of Simon de Bereford, to hold to him and his heirs by the services whereby they were held before they came into the king's bands. By p.s.
