Confirmation of'a grant by John de Sancto Philberto, knight, now deceased, Fenwick. to Richard Thursteyn, for life, of a virgate of land in Eton Hastynges, by the rent of 5s. payable to the grantor and his heirs, and of the reversion of a messuage and a virgate of land in the same town, expeetant on the demise of Isabella de Hastynges, which has now happened, by the rent of 11s. By fine of 20s. Berks. Memorandun, that the said 16s. are to be paid to the king during minority of the heir of the said John, who was of the age of six years at the Epiphany, as has been found by inquisition. April 6.
