Licence for the alienation in mortmain by Robert de Walkefore of 60 acres of land in Great Ryburgh, co. Norfolk, to a chaplain to celebrate divine service in Great Ryburgh church ; of 60 acres in Ingalsthorpe to a second to celebrate divine service in Ingalsthorpe church and of 6Q acres in Isilham, to a third to celebrate divine service in Isilham church, daily, for the soul of the king after death, and for the souls of his progenitors, kings of England, and of the said Robert, and Margaret his wife. By p.s. 20, Pardon to Thomas de Esthalle, on his petition showing that some of the accounts due from him for the time when he was chamberlain of the late king in North Wales have not yet been rendered at the Exchequer, and that, inasmuch as the rolls, tallies, and other memoranda relating to the same have been accidentally burned through no fault of his, he has no vouchers to produce to enable him to pass such accounts, and in consideration of the long detention in prison which he has undergone because of the missing accounts, of his depressed estate and of his long service to the late king prior to that time, of all such accounts as he cught to render, with all arrears, as well as of the imprisonment and whatever else pertains to the king by reason of the same.
