Pardon to the prior and convent of Brydelyngton for acquiring under a licence for the acquisition of 20/. yearly in land and rent granted to them by the king, a messuage and two kovates of land in West Askam from Walter Mabbe, two tofts in Wylesthorp from Peter del Dike, 13s. 6d. in rent in Flemyrg Burton from Robert Spede, 10d. in rent in Great Couton from John Fyton, a moiety of a mill pond in Fremyngton from Henry son of Hugh, a toft, two bovates and 7 acres of land in Bynynton from Peter de Rise, 60 acres of pasture in Saxton from Master William de Burton, chaplain, and a toft, two bovates and 24 acres of land in Saxton and Bynynton from John de Sartrino, chaplain, and entering therecn before the inquisitions required in the licence had been returned into the Chancery; and licence for them fo retain the same, which (exclusive of the rents) are of the yearly value of 32s. as appear by an inquisition since taken. 65658, M .
