Commission to Robert Selyman, Henry de Gulden and John de Meere, to inquire and certify the king touching a petition of Ingelram Berenger complaining that, whereas the king ordered restitution to be made of his lands which had been taken into his hands by reason of his adherence to Edmund, late earl of Kent, some persons before such restitution had been made took away his horses in the manors of Eblesbournwake, Alvedston, Aldreston and Colemore, co. Wilts, Shupton, Snodynton and Swathelyng, co. Southampton, cut down his trees there, carried them away with his jewels, victuals, harness and other goods, and still detain these from him.
