Order, by the advice of the great council and of the king's certain nowledge, that 80/. remaining in the hands of Richard Roos and his fellows, late collectors, from a tenth and a fifteenth granted to Richard II in Parliament at Westminster, 18 Richard I, by the commonalty of the realm in the county of Westmoreland shall be reserved in part support of the costs and expenses of the household and the payment of its debte by the supervision of the king's kinsman Thomas, earl of Worcester, steward, the king's clerk Thomas More, treasurer, and Thomas Brounflete, controller of the household, notwithstanding other assignments.
