Grant to Edmund Parker, by mainprise of John Metton of the county of Kent and William Kyerl of the same, of the custody of all lands late of Richard Lercedekene, deceased, who held of the castle of Barnestaple, late of John, late earl of Huntingdon, who made forfeiture to the king, during the minority of Thomas his son and heir with the marriage of the latter without disparagement, paying 40s. at the Exchequer, provided the lands do not exceed 60s. yearly, as he says, and finding a competent sustenance for the heir, maintaining the houses and buildings and supporting all charges. By bill of the treasurer.
