Commission to William Heron and Thomas Pykworth, knights, Master Richard Ronhale and Master Thomas Stowe, doctors of laws, and Master William Stucle, bachelor in laws, of full authority to hear and determine an appeal by John Norton, esquire, against a judgement given in a case lately pending in the court of Admiralty before Richard Cradok, chivaler, and Thomas Organ, clerk, lieutenants of Thomas de Percy earl of Worcester, admiral, between the said John, plaintiff, and Tideman Howessone, master of a ship called la Katerine of London, defendant, that the latter should deliver to the said John or his attorney at London certain goods to the value of 40 marks which the said John handed to the said Tideman by the hands of Thomas Bylton and John Cornere of York, merchants, in the parts of Ireland within the jurisdiction of the Admiralty. y K.
