Declaration that during the king's life all honours, castles, hundreds, manors, lands, annuities, fees, advowsons and other possessions lordships which the king held before he aspired to the royal estate of inheritance of his late consort Mary, deceased, one of the daughters heiresses of Humphrey de Bohun, late earl of Hereford, Essex and and constable of England, with all their rights, liberties, and free customs, shall be held in the same manner and governed the same officers and ministers, that all free tenants of the same and heirs shall be as free in their entries into their inheritances and tenures and otherwise, provided that the royal prerogative shall have so far as concerns the marriages and profits of marriages of the heirs the tenants, that all ecclesiastical benefices belonging to the premises be granted by the king without interference by the chancellor or or any other royal officer, and that all receivers, feodaries, bailiffs, reeves or other servants and ministers of the premises account for the issues of the same before auditors to be appointed by king and not before the treasurer and barons of the Exchequer, who not interfere.
