Commission to John Hunt, serjeant at arms, John Hexham, Nicholas Stebbyng and the customers in the port of Dertemouthe to arrest all ships and vessels of 20 tons and over by the coast within the counties of Southampton, Dorset, Devon and Cornwall for the passage of Richard, duke of York, lieutenant-general in the parts of France and Normandy, and his retinue to those parts, and to bring the same to Portesmouthe before 1 March next or at the latest before the feast of the Annunciation.
