Grant for life to the king's servant Henry Waren, groom of the chamber, of the keeping of the park of Troughtbek, co. Westmoreland, to hold from the date of the death of John Frank himself or by deputy, with the herbage and pannage, wyndfall and browesyng, within the same park and such accustomed fees, wages and profits, as the said John Frank had when alive ; rendering to the king 40s. a year for the said herbage and pannage, though they be of greater value.
