Release to them also of all sureties of peace that may have been taken of them in the matter, and of all fines, amercements and proceedings except the above mentioned fine in the hanaper. By K. Inspecimus and confirmation, by advice and assent of the lords spiritual and temporal in the Parliament held at Westminster in the king's first year, to the burgesses of Northampton of a charter dated 14 June, 8 Richard II, inspecting other charters.
