Grant to the free men of the mistery or art of Iremongers of the city suburbs of London that they shall form one body and incorporate of a master, two wardens or guardians, and the commonalty of mistery; and appointment of Richard Flemmyng, alderman, as master Nicholas Marchall and Robert Toke as wardens or guardians. They have a perpetual succession, power of pleading and being impleaded, a common seal; and shall make statutes and ordinances from time to for the governance of the men of the mystery, and shall yearly elect master and two wardens. And they shall be capable of acquiring in lands, rents and other possessions to the value of 10 marks [Printed in English in Herbert s History of the Livery Comvol. ii. p. 623. ] By p.s. and for 2O/. paid in the hanaper.
