Licence for the alienation in mortmain by J. bishop of Norwich, the chancellor, to the prioress and nuns of St. Katherine's, Flixton, to hold in frank-almoin, of the advowson of a moiety of the church of Flixton by Bungeye, held in chief, in exchange for the advowson of the church of Helmyngham, which the said nuns hold in frank-almoin of Cicely, late the wife of Robert de Ufford, to hold to the bishop and his successors in like manner; licence also for the prioress and nuns to appropriate the said church.
