Gd. of rent in Tollesbury, which messuages, lands and pasture are worth in all their issues 17s. 6d. a year, as appears by inquisition made by Richard de Rodeneye, escheator on this side Trent, in part satisfaction of a licence to acquire lands, tenements and rents to the value of 10/. a year.
