Commission to Henry Beaufiz, John Beaufoy, and Robert de Staunton to enquire into the representations of the tenants of the castle and manor of High Peak, co. Derby, that whereas divers wastes within the forest of High Peak, which is in the hands of queen Isabella, were arrented by John de Thweyt and other commissioners at certain rents to be made at the castle, and that they held those wastes by such rent from that time, certain persons assert that they hold those wastes at will and not in fee and wish that they be removed from the same to their disinheritance.
