Commission of oyer and terminer to Henry Spigurnel, John de Foxle, Edmund de Passele and William de Northho on complaint by the prior of Pritelwell that Hugh de Neville and Ida his wife, William le Botiller, John de Longewod, Geoffrey Baldewyn, William de Barwe, William de Mepeshale, Walter Peryn, John Samuel, George de Cokefeud, Master Maurice de Waldon, Richard Tyndringges, brother William le Avenaz and brother Roberti de Strete, with others, forcibly entered his priory of Pritelwell, co. Essex, and held it, expelled him and his fellow monks, broke the chests, took the common seal and divers muniments of the house, caused divers writings and letters obligatory and blank letters to be made and sealed with the said seal, retained such blank letters in their power, and wasted and took away the goods of his said priory.
