Commission of oyer and terminer to Lambert de Trikyngham, John Chaynel and William de Spanneby, on complaint by the abbot of Vaudey (de Valle Dei), and John le Frere, a lay brother (conversus) of the house, that John Belle of Swaueton, Alan Slegh of Swaueton, Alan de Boleby of Bilyngburgh, and Andrew Em of Bylyngburgh, with others, entered the abbot's manor of Roppesle, co. Lincoln, broke his houses there, and the doors and windows thereof, carried away his goods, and assaulted the said John le Frere. By fine of 1 mark.
