Whereas in consideration of 200 marks, which Roger de Felton paid in the chamber, the king granted to him the custody of the lands and tenements, late of Philip de Hastanges, tenant in chief, in his custody by reason of the minority of the daughters and heirs of the said Philip, to hold to the full age of the heirs together with their marriage, as a further favour the king grants him the custody of the said lands and tenements to hold together with knights fees, advowsons of churches, &c. to the full age of the heirs, together with their marriage.
