Grant for life to Richard Suthwell, esquire, of the manor of Wikmere, co. Norfolk, with knights fees, advowsons, wards, marriages, reliefs, escheats, courts, leets, parks, warrens, stews, liberties, franchises and other commodities, late of William, late viscount Beaumont, and in the king's hands by force of an act in Parliament at Westminster, 4 November, 1 Edward IV, to hold by the services of as many knight's fees and as many other rents and services as it was held by before 4 March, 1 Edward IV, with all issues from 6 October, 12 Edward IV; with remainder to the king's son Richard, duke of York and Norfolk, and his heirs.
