Grant to the prior and convent of the church of St. Mary and All Saints, Westacre, in honour of St. Thomas the. Martyr who is daily venerated in a solitary chapel called Seynt Thomas Chapell of Westacre, that they and their successors shall have a fair yearly at Westacre and Custhorpe on the feast of the Translation of St. Thomas the Martyr and the day preceding and the day following with a court of pie powder and all issues, profits, tolls and amercements, provided that it be not to the harm of neighbouring fairs.
