Whereas Richard, late earl of Warwick and Salisbury, by letters patent dated 17 October, 4 Edward IV, granted to John Rowell an annuity of 60s. 8d. from the issues of his lordship of Yerdeley, co. Warwick, until the said John should be provided by him with an office of the value of 2d. daily, the king hereby grants to the said John 2d. daily from Michaelmas last from the issues of the manor or lordship of Yerdeley, co. Worcester, during the minority of Edward son of George, late duke of Clarence. - By K
