Grant to Robert Wyngfeld, chivaler, in lieu of a grant to him by letters patent dated 17 October last, surrendered, and because he intends to build at Brigeham, of the custody of a messuage and 10 acres of land in Bedyngham, three works in autumn and 20d. yearly rent in Okolte and Bedyngham and a piece of land containing 20 acres with a close called le Tee in the town of Eyke, co. Suffolk, a garden called Collardyerd with 6 scres of land in le Crofte in Great Wechyngham, a messuage, 50 acres of land and the liberty of one fold in Brigeham and Rudham, co. Norfolk, 53 acres of land called Swynecroft by the chapel of St. Edmund King and Martyr in Cambridge, 9 acres of land in Carleton Rood and Bonwell, co. Norfolk, lying between the land of John Godfrey on the east and the land of the manor of Piers Hall on the west and abutting to the north on the land of the said John, and 14 acres of arable land and meadow in the towns of Carleton Roode and Bonwell lying between the land of the rector there on the east and his land pertaining to his church on the west and part abutting on the land called Westmedowe on the north and the land of John Heydon on the south, to hold for 20 years from Michaelmas last, rendering to the king 40s. yearly and supporting the houses, enclosures and buildings.
