Also when by writ the king commanded the abbot to provide him with victuals, as a loan, to the value of 15/., to be forwarded towards Scotland for his sustenance and to deliver them b indenture to Ranulph de Ry, the latter, although he received those victuals from the abbot, refused to give him a receipt for the same, and still refuses to do s0.
