Ordinance that the steward and marshal of the king's household muke liveries for his horses, and those of the prelates and other magnates attending parliament at Salisbury, within 30 leagues of that city, and take no hay, oats or other victuals without payment to their owners under penalty of forfeiture ; to be in force as long as the said magnates have their abode there.
