Appointment of Roger de Mortuo Mari of Wyggemore, earl of March, to the office of justice in the bishopric of St. Davids, for life, as lately held by Roger de Mortuo Mari of Chirk by the appointment of the late king. Power for the said Roger to remove inefficient constables, bailiffs and other ministers of the king in Wales, excepting the two chamberlains there, so long as he is justice, and to appoint others in their place.
