Confirmation, in mortmain, of divers grants to the prior and canons of Holy Cross, Raygate, viz. of the messuage and land there formerly in the tenure of Richard atte Hethe granted to them by John de Warenna, earl of Surrey; of the quit-claim of 3s. yearly rent in Notefeud granted to them by Ralph de Cobbeham, knight; and of the water mill at Wonham, with the pond, watercourse, etc., in Estbechesworth, formerly in.the tenure of William de London and Roger de London, and 26s. 8d. yearly rent there, granted to them by Roger son and heir of the said Roger de London of Raygate.
