Revocation of the king's presentation of William de Derham, king's clerk, to the church of Clopton, in the diocese of Norwich, believed to be in the _king s gift, but alleged by Thomas, earl of Norfolk and marshal of England, to belong to him. . By K. 14, Protection, with clause xolumus, until Easter, for Robert de Hungerford, whom John de Warenna, earl of Surrey, has charged with making divers provisions for his use against the coming parliament. The clause nolumus applies to the said Robert's manors of Rusteshale, Galston, Stocke, Temple- _ton, Corsleye and Middelton. By K. 22.
