Mandate to the justiciary of Ireland and the treasurer and barons of the _ Nettleham. Exchequer of Dublin, to deliver the custody of the temporalities of the bishopric of Emly, which the king took into his hands by reason of divers debts due to him from W. bishop of Emly, to Master Richard Berard and Roger de Clifford, clerks, whom the king with the bishop's assent has appointed thereto, during pleasure, in the room of Master Bartholomew de Sutton, whom the king has removed from that custody, as it appears that the latter has not conducted himself well therein; and they are to answer for the issues to the king and the bishop at the Exchequer in England, and Master Bartholomew is to find security before them to answer according to the terms of his appointment, at the said Exchequer to the king and bishop for the issues received by him to the present time.
