Fissheburne and Robert de Barton, in a commission of oyer and terminer, issued on complaint by Henry de Threlkelde that Andrew de Hartcclatb, Robert ce Lasceles, Emma daughter of Alice la Fraunceyse, John de Bland, John Sprirtyn, Robert Gerrok, Walter le Clerk, Richard son of Mariota, Ralph Langhals, Walter son of Thomas de Staneley, Hugh de Baggelay, John de Caldeclogh, William son of Roger de Bland and Adam brother of the same William, Thomas de Holgilrig and William his brother, Patrick son of Hugh de Bland, Adam son of Adam son of Benedict and Thomas brother of the same Adam son of Adam, Thomas son of William son of Benedict and Robert brother of the same Thomas, John son of Richard son of Hughtred, Nigel de Blund and Robert son of William de Bland, forcibly entered his dwelling-place at Crosseby Ravensuart, co. Westmoreland, and ejected him, his wife, sons and servants from his house, carried away his goods, and conspired by means of a fraudulent recognisance of debt, made before the mayor of the town of Newcastle-upon-Tyne and the clerk for taking such recognisances, to deprive him of his lands.
