Conimission of oyer and terminer to Wiiliam de Bourne, Matthew de Furneaus and Nicholas de Langelond, on complaint by John de Trejagu that William Brundel, Reginald de Trelouthasmur the elder and Reginald his son, Thomas Trier, Luke de Trethaek, Philip de Penles, Warin de Pencoen, Richard de Trenewythe, Robert Balam, John Bebon, Peter Brundel, Gilbert de Talgarrek and Richard de Gosneysek conspired together at Launceveton and procured his imprisonment in the Flet, on an appeal of robbery by Thomas de Tregonon, until he was acquitted ; and also that Serle de Nansladron, William Wyse, Serle Wyse and John de Trefluen, with others, in the time of the late king, entered his manor at Godwolghham, co.
