Grant to Robert de Clifford that upon his decease his executors shall have the administrations of all his moveables without hindrance, and that if he dies indebted to the king, payment of such debts will be levied off his lands. Release to John de Warenna, earl of Surrey, and discharge of his bond for the custody of Edward de Balliolo, whom in obedience to the king's command he has delivered into the custody of John de Weston, steward of the household of the king's brothers, in which he is to remain. : y p.& 7.
