Grant, upon fine, to Gilbert Petche of the custody of two parts of the lands of William Hauchache, deceased, who held from the heir of Giles de Plaiz,a minor in the king's custody, during the minority of Thomas his son and heir, together with that of the lands held in dower by Matilda his wife, should she die during that period, and also of the marriage of the heir. If the heir, aged fifteen years, as appears by an inquisition taken by Walter de Gloucestre, escheator beyond Trent, shall die before uttaining his majority, the grantee is to retain the custody of the lands and tenements until such time as the heir, if he survived, would attain his full age. 14.
